HEGIAS RoomScanner

HEGIAS RoomScanner

A native iOS app that turns a LiDAR iPhone into a room scanner. A plumber walks a bathroom once and leaves with a floor plan and a 3D model. The scan uploads to HEGIAS, where the customer chooses tiles and fittings inside their own bathroom instead of from a brochure.

The scan is the start of an order

Nobody wants a 3D model of their bathroom. They want the new bathroom. Once the room is scanned, HEGIAS visualises it, the plumber fits it out from the wholesaler’s catalogue, and the customer confirms the order. Nobody measures anything by hand.

Nothing but the phone

Written in SwiftUI on ARKit and RoomPlan. Guided scanning with live feedback, notes, photos and measurements kept against each scan, and the floor plan out as a PDF. No tripod, no laser, no second visit.
